Planes
New Haven is serviced by a local airport in New Haven and many regional airports. New York's JFK (82 miles) and LaGuardia (75 miles) have the most direct, and most frequent flights but are burdened by variable transit times to and from the metropolitan NYC airports.
For domestic travel, we prefer the convenience of service from New Haven (5 miles) or Hartford's Bradley International (54 miles).

Moderately priced, nice, clean and modern but without the full service (internal restaurant/coffee shop/big lobby) feel. Given its proximity to Chapel Streets many restaurants, this is not necessarily a drawback. |
