PCI Express: Expansion Backplanes, Host Bus-to-Cable Adapters and Riser Cards
Cyclone Microsystems' PCI Express Expansion Series is a set of host adapters, cables, and expansion systems that allow embedded programs with intensive I/O requirements to couple cost-effective host PCs with a complex peer-to-peer capable I/O subsystem. The PCI Express Expansion Series operates independently of the host processor and the host operating system choice and can couple the system host to the expansion system at up to 80 Gbs/s in each direction. The PCI Express Expansion Systems provide up to sixteen slots for PCI Express I/O Controllers in various slot configurations.

Our PCI Expansion Components, geared toward OEM projects only, includes Expansion Backplanes, Host Bus-to-Cable Adapters, and Riser cards. These products allow system developers to leverage our existing board-level products into application-specific products. Derivative and private label products are available for customer-specific applications. While we are not a standard "design-for-hire" custom-product development source, we have a proven record of readily and effectively modifying our standard products for production of customer-specific or private label products.
